I really want it to go away. I dont like it like when i walk it jiggles a little bit and i dont want it to jiggle at all. Same with my legs im in cheerleading gymnastics and dance so i have big thighs with lots of muscle but i still have some extra jiggle at on the inside of my upper thigh. I would like to get rid of that to but i mostley want to tighten up my stomach i dont want a 4 pack or anything like that i meen i like my size i just want it to be tighter so it doesnt jiggle when i walk? Can you help me?
