below are a few things I do, I have lost 85 lbs over 5 months, being as I still have over 50lbs to lose and you have 15 lbs some of the suggests may be to hard core
keep an online food diary www.myfooddiary.com is a very popular one, I have been doing the food diary for over 5 months and the shock of the little things you eat is incredible -- making yourself accountable for everything you put in your mouth helps, along with weight tracking you can see trends and work to correct the flaws
breakfast protein powder w/ milk or protein shake
lunch small salad - either cobb, club, ceasar etc....
dinner protein powder w/ milk or protein shake
the snacks I do are sugar free jello or sugar free pudding ( the jello is actually lower in calories and fat, so try to stick to it for a snack)
2-3 cups of coffee/tea are ok, no pop not even diet pop - lately studies have been showing that artificial sugars are making it hard for our bodies to shed those extra pounds
the fluffy/coffee's add alot of unwanted calories to your daily diet -- cutting those out alone will help tremendously
my absolute no-no’s are NO bread, Nothing with flour (any variety of flour), NO rice, Nothing carbonated, obviously No candy or junk food of any kind, and No skipping a meal even if it is a very small meal, eating 3 – 4 times a day is very important when reducing intake and trying to loose weight
4+ 16 oz bottles of water (at least) -- drinking lots of water is very important to weight loss
calcium, vitamin C B12 E, multi-vitamin, fiber -------- these supplements are very important as you are cutting back your normal food intake, they will help you keep your energy level up
exercise 45 - 60 minutes a day, or at least 3 times a week
helpful side note --- remove ALL temptation clean your house of all junk food, candy, heavy carb foods - basically anything you should not eat, should not be in your reach -- clean out your office space as well, avoid the office areas which usually contain the fatty/junk foods
yes these are hard things to do, but if you want to meet your goal it will be well worth it

go to www.mypyramid.gov to find out exactly how much you should consume nad how much activity you need. when you are watchin TV maybe you should do sit ups or tune into Fit TV. Wake up a little early and put is some stretches or wahtever sport you like. afterschool do a routine that you will stick to. diet wise, stick to a 1,800 calorie diet. use a diet journal to help. record what you ate and it's calories. figure how much you went over and burn that. record the exercises and calories burnt. write in it daily. ask a counselor for school nutrition.
exercise too. i do 50 push ups, sit ups and stretch a lot. i jog atleast 30 minutes a day, i do yoga in my free time and dance sometimes! have fun doing it too! get buds to join
my food-
i eat a bowl of mini wheats that have lots of fiber with an able on the side for breakfast, school i have no extras for lunch, snack is a handful of nuts and dinner i don't over eat.
sometimes thirst is mistooken for hunger. so drink all the time to make sure.
the average person needs 8 glasses a day! ha!
and check some past questions about BMI and overweight/underweight to find out. and check your doctor or gym teacher to make sure dieting and exercising is okay. you cna damage yourself or hurt yourself a lot!

Cut out all empty high caloric foods, like desserts and snacks. Drink nothing other than water, coffee, and sugar free ice tea. Cut all your meal portions in half, and eliminate all carbohydrates other than whole grain cereals and fruit. Exercise vigorously for a minimum of an hour, seven days a week.
