That's a pretty good plan. Watch your carbs, too--try to stick to around 150 grams per day (that, along with what you are doing, is pretty much the diabetic diet).
Skip juice in favor of whole fruits (fiber keeps you fuller), and do some brisk walking to really rev up the fat-burning.
Good luck to you!

I would cut the grams of fat down to about 20-- the protein is a good level -- what about the carb level, I would suggest 20 - 25 grams - calories about 1100 - 1200
thinking out loud here as a person who was critized by my parents as fat all my childhood -- why would a parent make a bet with their child, this does not promote good self esteem and self worth
be happy with who you are and strive only to please yourself, your body image is important to your self esteem & worth
good luck

Check out sparkpeople.com. It's a free site that can help you with your weight loss goals. It can accurately tell you how many calories you should be eating, where the calories should be coming from, and how many calories a week you should be burning in order to reach your goal by Christmas.

Sounds good, you could cut some fat out though if you can.
I use low fat or fat free cheeses, low fat mayo, lower fat dressings. You'd be suprised how much you eat with condiments. Eat more whole grains and fibers. I wish I knew how much you want to lose by then. Calories sound good though, you don't want to go too low. I eat 4 times a day but watch everything.

Pretty balanced. The mimumun you can eat is 1200 calories. The maximum is 2000. Make sure you're excersizing with things like cardio (walking/running). Good luck!

oh, really depends on the fat.
if you're only getting that many calories with 30g of fat thats about %200 of what you should have if you're not trying to lose weight.
Try eating more, better calories, and that's probably too much protein as well, any excess of that is stored as fat.
