Plz give me lots of foods to eat. My coach wants me to get alot of fat on my bones

pastas and breads are a very good idea, work out whenever you can and try to put on muscle mass, not just fat tho. I'm sure your coach could give you more/better help with this than we can.

hmm 30 pounds is a lot to gain in two months. personally it's not healthy to gain that much that quickly. Plus even if you do your gonig to loose it from playing football. Just eat donuts and pizza.

eat non stop of Mc Donalds french fries and milkshakes
hey its better to need to gain pounds then loose them.
