1500 is a normal serving, and 1200 is if you are on a diet. so whatever you want♥

dam girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! U go!! I wish I could run!! Anyhow, add a little protien to that as well, and since u run, u can actuall add a little carbs to that as well. U are doing great!
