on womens body why are the breasts so much warmer than the other body parts?

it's not really the warmest. it just feels like that since there always closely covered and not a lot of heat escapes so the skin in that area stays at the warmest. sometimes there is a lot of fatty tissue around there, which keeps the heat stored up better then other parts with less fat.

I guess the same reason my testicles are the warmest place on my body< because they are!
