Although people have already answered your question. I think that you can also try Supplements like Tonalin CLA by Olympian Labs. People are quite happy after using this product. You can find it at http://www.herbmark.com/p9212/tonalin-cla.html

The key to getting your abs to show is to lower your body fat percentage. To do this you have to burn more calories than you eat. One book that has helped me is "The Abs Diet" by David Zinczenko. Look it up an Amazon. His idea is that you eat six small meals during the course of the day so that your metabolism speeds up. This also keeps you from feeling hungry and deprived. The nice thing is that you are allowed one cheat meal per week when you can eat whatever you want. His smoothie and meal recipes are delicious though. Give it a try!

Everyone has abs, so you're all set there.

If you want more pronounced abs, certain exercises, like crunches, will help. Do a search on "abs exercise".

There are many diets. Most diets help lose weight or lose fat. Don't necessily make your abs look better.

There are whole web sites on these issues.

Since you haven't said how old you are, your gender, or what kind of shape you are in, its kind of hard to give you specific advice.

No one answered your question because theres no simple answer.

Diets must be configured and customized by the persons bodytype, and lifestyle.
Excercises are not as important and just plain excercise.

You can do all the situps you want, but you wont get abs.
To get abs you need to lose the fat covering them. Excersise and diet in general will do that.

So a basic as i can make it. Eat less, eat healthy, and excercise. Run - jog, sit ups, lightweight workouts....

Any kind of crunches/situps. Always have to eat healthy to improve anything. If you eat a lot, just cut down and eat smaller portions. Riding a bike, or stationary bike somehow helps out. According to the show "The Biggest Loser"

here is why people didnt respond:

YOUR body type is different. We dont know what kind of condition you are in. we dont know if your obese, skinny, or just average. We dont know if you can handle intense cardio or are a newbie jogger. We dont know anything about you! you need to get to a gym and ask the guys there. They can get a good look at you and tell you what you need to develop

you have abs just do a lot of cardio and don't eat a lot of calories. reduce your total body fat they might show up. it is easier for some people to do this than others by the way because of your genetics.

Eat healthy foods (fruit, veggies, non processed foods, avoid fast food). Running will get rid of fat over your stomach in time, sit ups and crunches only tone.

Dang, that first response was long.

Anyway, for me, I got it by joining High School gymnastics for one season. They definitely gave us all abs. (Coach: "I don't care if we lose every single match [we have a history of losing every match], you all are gonna get stronger, and you all are gonna get 6 packs!")
