I don't have a lot of fat just alittle on my thighs and kinda little love handles. So should I run everyday followed by a good diet everyday or will that make me gain muscle? I don't want any muscle at all I just want to get all the fat off all of my body. What is the best way to lose all the fat all over my body without gaining any muscle?I don't want to tone up anything i just want to get thinner.I can't swim every day and I don't have an indoor bike but I do have a treadmill. And I can't go to the gym either.

Lipo suction.

How are you going to lose weight without working out and dieting? How are you going to work out and not gain some muscle? Why don't you want to tone up? You don't have to become a body builder, but I would think tighteneing up would be good.

Are you obsessed with fat? A little fat is actually good for you, new studies are saying you will be healthier if you weigh up to 25 pounds over the standards. Don't fall victim to societies view of beauty. Love yourself and you will be happy.

You can run, but will gain muscle, you can swim and you will gain muscle, you can bike but you will gain muscle...so looks like lipo suction

if you are gaining muscle you are losing fat more than likely, it may not be in the area you want it to be, but the loss is occurring. Exercise creates some muscle because they are worked when you exercise. On a very small scale, sometimes people can lose fat by dieting alone, but that is often a very slow process with very limited loss

Hi,

There are a lot of sob stories out there about people and weight they've gained. I myself
was one of them, but I'm not going to sit here and bore you with my story. Just remember
as you're reading online, don't believe everything you hear, there is no "easy" button when
it comes to weight loss.

It all comes down to hard work eating right and knowing what type of exercises to do. Another big problem
is a lot of people work hard to get the weight off, and once its off they let everything go
they start eating the fast foods again, stop exercising. The weight comes back, and they
wonder why ?

There is a program I used... well I still use it. It has a lot of good information in it,
so feel free to check it out if you want.

Best of luck to you,
-Tom

muscle is what performs work. with no muscles on your legs walking would be rather difficult or doing anything else for that matter. toning is the reduction of body fat. you are an idiot you need to get off the Internet and read some books and stop worrying about being skinny and get some knowledge in that head.

Im sorry but i dont know of any ways that you can possibly lose fat without gaining muscle. its kindof a package deal. but i know that running definitely gains muscle. my best suggestion would be to try a simple diet to loose weight, then you wont gain muscle.

Treadmill is good, so is pilates. Cardio will help you lose the weight and pilates will tighten up your stomach (love handles) in a big way.

Try the diet of body-building men, which they have before competitions: diet without any fat. You can eat carbohydrates and proteins, but no fat food: mainly chicken, cooked rice, milk (low fat), eggs. It helps them to burn almost all fat they have in their body!
