Also if you are going to eat 6 times they should be small meals.

To be honest dieting never worked for me, rather lead to depression as I was cutting myself off from foods I really like. Can't really tell u what to do, but can tell you what worked for me. I ate what I wanted in moderation, slightly reduced the oil content in the food, honestly how much oil do you really need, restaurants tend to over do it with the oil, always remember your in control u can have the food the way you want it. Regular execricse also helps, but its hard work, u really have to sweat.

Sounds good to me.. keep variety in your diet.. don't just eat apples for every snack, try other fruits or veggies like oranges, carrots or celery.. and try to keep most of what you eat low fat, low carb and high protein.
