unless you can drink lemon juice for the rest of your life and stay healthy, its a really stupid idea to go with that. Where are you getting your essential proteins and carbohydrates? Besides, all that acid will ruin your teeth.

I think it's a hoax. Just another one of those fad diets which do nothing but make you malnourished. Don't fall for this crap.

it works. but only consuming any kind drink for 10 days straight would probably make you drop weight too. My million dollar idea.......the chocolate milk diet!
