I'm really busy right now so I don't have much time to workout but I'm going to start up in the next week. Should I start loading creatine now or wait until I start lifting?

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.thin-quick.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

start loading now, chances are you will have a little bit of nausea so you wont want to workout, let creatine levels in your body grow first so next week you have energy to workout and stuff

hello pal I reccomend you go away the creatine on my own, reason all it is going to do is sluggish you down, you may look larger yet its only water weight you're gaining. the main suitable ingredient you're able to do is consume innovations-blowing, get good sleep and elect the protein shakes with a fabulous variety of water.
