I don't want this to become a pattern for me. After the holidays I feel like I am dragging myself everywhere. I lose excitement and interest. I feel like I'm going in circles and I begin to stutter. I lose energy and weight. How can I prevent it. I want to stay energized, in a good mood, and healthy.

actually, yet i imagine this is with the aid of hours of image voltaic better than some thing. In iciness, when we've shorter days, we get a lot less diet D and hence our bodies produce a lot less of the feel sturdy hormone serotonin, causing us to experience low, even depressed (as in seasonal affective affliction or unhappy). skill ranges are decreased and so we change into at probability of infections and insects, this is probable to carry you down even better. My ME is often worse from october-december. I even haven't any 'upward thrust up and bypass' and get further and extra throat/sinus infections than at the different time of the 12 months. this is been scientifically shown that straightforward packing containers can advance those diseases, so it in basic terms stands to reason that sunshine makes us experience better efficient mainly. As for the elements, i imagine maximum folk experience better efficient on a sunny day than on a moist day!
