What did you eat today and what is your regular diet?

Here is mine - mine is very strict:

. banana smoothie with just milk and banana
. piece of health food cake sweetened with fruit (and low fat)
. can of beans in tomato sauce (no sugar health food variety)
. 1/4 of a paw paw
. a bowl of spinach
. sugar free lollies

You need to add more protein and vegetables, and probably calories all together. I hope this is not what you eat in one day. This is not very healthy. You should see a nutritionist to learn what you should be eating in order to reach your personal goals- or even do some internet searches.

I eat eggs, ham, sliced tomatoes and wheat toast for breakfast, for lunch, I have a bowl of gazpacho, tuna salad on sliced tomatoes.... for dinner I have chicken grilled or baked in the oven, steamed broccoli, and a nice green salad... then sometimes, I **** it all up at night and watch tv with a bag of lays potato chips.... dammit!!!

Fried Kuay Teow without bean sprout
Salad must have salad sauce
Nasi Lemak must have sambal
Prawn mee must have the prawn taste
Bak Kut Teh without pork intestines
Popiah must have sweet sauce
Kopi-o must be thick
Teh tarik must have more condense milk
Rojak must have more
Hokkien Mee must be black in color
Laksa must be milky


And I eat in a non-healthy way

i dont try to reduce fat as i came to the conclusion that everything we eat is fatning one way or the other i try to reduce my portion size and eat more frequently. So yes I would eat that slice of Pizza but divide it in half.

so far today i've only had a cup of tea, but normally i'd have had some fruit and a chicken salad by this time.

rice krispie bar
bowl of bran flakes with whole milk
special k bar
skips
nutri grain bar

and im trying to lose weight....
