Well if you're short then you're going to naturally stay short. I grew from 5'7-6'3 in one year and that's because my dad is 6'7 and my mom is 6'. So what i would do is gain muscle (not fat) but not to the point were you cant move enough because you're so muscular. Eat healthy foods, fruits, veggies etc. get lots of sleep because your body grows the most during night (that is if you're going to get taller in the future). Work on your shot if you're a guard, but you'll never be a center.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.diet-fun-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

this question is a joke right?

when someone grows a few inches not only do they seem taller but they are taller. and yes your height is determined by your genetics, just like your eye color, hair color and skin color and all of the other traits that were passed down from your mother and father to you. this info has only been around since the mid 1940's

Well to start off you could start eating a lot of carbohydrates in your daily diet. Also, you should be getting 8-9 hours of sleep each day. Mostly what I'm trying to do is to tell you that you should pig out before your next b-ball tryout!!
