As part of my exercise routine, I do two sets of 10 pushups.. (the "girl" ones, because I can't do real ones anymore). I'm a female teenager.. I was just wondering, if I continue with them, will I work away my already small chest? *blushes*

Don't worry about that at all. There's no exercise program I know of that causes a woman's breast to get smaller. Good for you for sticking with a program. By the way, your style of push up actually lifts about 40% of your total weight. The "man" style, about 70%. That explains why I can do 100 at a time and I weight 180 lbs, but I can't bench press 180 lbs 100 times. you know what it is....weight distribution.

No if anything, it makes your breasts perkier, and therefore they appear larger. I have read this before, so i am not making this up. I have also been doing push ups and bench pressing in conditioning at my school, and I'm like 34A ...but even i can tell a difference in their perkiness. lol And there is nothing wrong with girl push ups...my coach explained to us that push ups are harder for girls than guys because of their boobs! :)

No, If anything, building up the muscles underneath the breast tissue will make your breasts look larger.

Yes, real push ups can increase at least three bra sizes....
