The average callorie intake is based on a 2000 calorie diet. That really isn't that much, if ur trying to loose weight, eat normal, but just do a little exercise. It not healthy to not eat, its also very dangerous!! Just watch ur fat and cab intake. But exercise is the best way to loose weight and be fit! You may also find that doing a little exercise will make you feel alot better

Everybody's metabolism is different. So every thin person could eat a different amount of Calories- and still stay the same weight. There's just no set amount.
