Hey,
I cant take my "diet"anymore(I'm not on a diet,i'm on my way yo an eating disorder),I just want to live like I used to before,but a bit less calories...Anyways I used to have a WHOLE pizza once a week or a Mc chicken W mayo and fries from Mcdonalds.I havent eaten those since like 3months ro more,but I was wondering,what is better,2 slices of margherita pizza(but it has loads of extra cheese,yum)or a Mc chicken Without mayo with a medium french fries?

I dont get it,some people tell me I should eat ANYTHING I want since I am 13 and shouldnt worry about the fat content and all(I'm recovering),and other tell me I should eat healthy.ALL of my skinny friends eat pizza,mcdonalds,chocolate anytime in the week and dont get fat,I know they have a fast metabolism but does that mean they are allowed and im not,that just seems UNFAIR.please help,I'm lost!
