Processed food. Everything we eat is loaded w sugar. All those cans & bottles of sugary fluid called coke & pepsi (which is best?)
Second, the cyber age. We sit on our rear ends in front of some screen or other.
Them's the two factors.

YES - POOR DIET AND NOT ENOUGH EXERCISING. I SEE VERY FEW OBESE INDIVIDUALS AT MY GYM!!!!

There are exceptions though - people with poor genetics and a natural disposition to putting on weight, no matter how little they eat. These people I feel sorry for while the rest lack the willpower to change their situation.

Well, yeah... there are usually a lot of factors when it comes to obesity. Lack of willpower is most definately one of them...why?

I think it has something to do with it, yes! At least in my case. No will power to exercise, I do eat pretty healthy but mess it up with a beer or two and age is catching up with me!

no, lack of structure in the diet I think. not eating, eating all you want, not eating, etc gets you in trouble. a regimen is better.
sometimes, with carbs/insulin issues, it's hard to stop eating.
