k do 200 sit ups for 6 weeks and everyday do 10 more sit ups. itll work it gradually and burn more fat.

you wont see a difference right away. itll take a while..just do that and go runnning every other day.. trust me (when u run it works your abs in 9 different ways.(:

from what you say your gorgeous no ones perfect so what a little belly fat! This is you, but if you want to eat healthy that never hurts, and in the long run more veggies fewer drinks, and less sugar in your food is wonderful. Sugar feeds cancer down the road, but don't try to fit into a mold of other ppl. if everyone looks the same and has the same body type where wil lindividuality go.

same here, go on walks or running then do crunch's and lower abdominal work outs. do it three to four times a week 3 sets of 10 at a time.so after each set just relax for a few then go back at it again. dont work yourself too hard.

r u trying to lose weight then?..if so, drink tons of water, get plenty exercise, do cruntches, situps, cardio, eat fewer calories a day, but no less then 1200 calories a day. and eat less fatty foods...good luck!
