I plan on fasting for 21 days alongside a church starting Jan 1st. I plan on doing a liquid fast for 14 days and then slowly adding on vegetables and fruits. I am 4 foot 10, 18, and weigh between 90-92 pounds.

Will I be in immediate danger by doing this kind of fast?

Why are you half-assing it? Jesus fasted for 40 days, not 21.

All sarcasm aside, that's not the best idea. You will, at your weight, probably cause very serious damage to your body.

What are you fasting for? Why do you mean by "liquid fast." Does that mean high protein/vitamin smoothies or just water? It is the discipline of sacrifice that most people find to be meaningful about fasting. Try sacrificing something more meaningful to yourself -- something like TV, these internet forums or whatever floats your boat.

Listen to these other people on the forum and don't sacrifice food.

Is anyone else fasting with your from your church? It seems to be a long time for fasting but you should consult your physician first given that you weigh 90 lbs. Although if you're fasting - I'm sure that you'll get a lot of strength from above.
Blessings!

they only provided a depiction so as that the well-known public may well be conscious. Had he been white, they might have pronounced a white guy. Had he been chinese language, they might have pronounced chinese language. it isn't any longer offensive to call somebody by making use of what shade they're while you're merely describing them. And by making use of asserting he's not an instantaneous possibility to the well-known public, they recommend he's not finding to break absolutely everyone, he's finding to get away. he continues to be a "extreme possibility", yet he's generally merely finding to hide. shooting makes it much less complicated for the police to locate you.

It doesn't sound like a good idea but if you should try this it should be after getting a physical checkup with a doctor and getting his opinion. If this is a protest of some nature there are better ways to protest than that, and safer ways as well!!

Because of your size and weight you should start your fast with the fruits and veggies first and gradually ease off into a liquid fast. Fasting over a period of time does lead to weight loss so ease off your foods so that you do not get sick. I am very proud of your tenacity

Depends on what you fast on. Are you going to have Ensure or something like that? If you won't have any protein, then I think you should get a doctor's ok before you start. Best of luck.

Yes!
Trust me--as some one who is also 90lbs, losing any more weight is always a danger, and when going on a fast you may lose alot of weight quickly. (possibly without really noticing how much untill your in real trouble)

Religious observance is good, but dont put yourself in danger like that.

I very sincerely believe that 21 days is too long for a person your size to safely fast.
