I know so much of the what I need to do, cut down sugar, eat meals throughout the day and healthy snacks. What I don't understand is how people do this. I am extremely riddled with health issues including an eating disorder. I feel that if I felt more love for what I ate, I could help so much. I heard the Oprah crap about the green drink and I know I couldn't drink that. What do normal ppl do. People who get up at 530 for work, days fly by and they can barely take a breath let alone drag their *** to the gym? Id love to be a vegetarian but with my anemia and vitamin issues I cant risk that at all. Plus, to boot Im a super pickey eater! help!

i just went to fish city grill and i got the regular sized portion of grilled chicken with was kinda flat and the size of 2 fists....i also got 2 sides of stamed broccoli and zuccini (the chicken was kinda oily and it was char black) how many calories was i this

i have done so much research and i have presented them with so many facts. i told them all the benefits etc. but still every time they go shopping they buy the sugery cereal, pasta, pie basically junk food. is there some sort of tactic that will work or should i do it on my own and prove that healthy eating is the way to go.

I weigh 150 pounds and I am 5'6" and I'm only 13.

I exercise 3 times a week and run laps on Firdays. I don't eat bread, drink soda, or eat any sweets. I try eating the foods on the top ten things that burn calories, but nothings working for me.

What should I change in order to lose weight?

My cholesterol isn't super high. I don't need medication or anything, but my physician mentioned that it's high enough to consider preventative measures.

Being that I've been healthy too long to come to terms with these irritating sorts of problems, what action xcan I take, other than cutting excess cheese and fatty meats from my diet (and eating Cheerios in the morning- It says that is cuts cholesterol right on the box!!!)

I'm 16 years old, 5'4", about... 160 pounds =[ i know that's pretty bad. Winter just always makes me look like a snowman, but in the summer i lose weight, not much, but enough. I want to lose weight quick or at least at a good pace. I can't seem to stick to diets my mom places me on, I have heard so many ways to lose weight its crazy! I need something that i can commit to. Exercise is something I try to do in the summer a lot, but I have problems with my feet (arch is lower than most people) so i get tired easily. Should I exercise more often as much as I can take? Get a diet along with it? Help.

ok, so I am trying to find ways to lose weight. I know some people say that this is a normal weight but I still fill fat. It seems like everything I try doesn't work. For the last three months I have been eating 500 calories or less (I know that’s not very healthy) at first it seemed to work I went down from 190 to 155 and now my weight wont change. Anyway, I am 17 and I’m a girl.

I mean once they notice they are 20 pounds overweight, why dont they change their lifestyle then instead of when they are 100 pounds overweight then complain about how hard it is to lose that much weight?

(We are both 16) My friend and I weighed our selves. We're the same height and wear the same size clothes. We are both 5'5, both wear size 5. She weighs 117 and I weigh 129!! I mean, I'm more athletic than her. I lose more calories, she just stays home and watches tv!!! Can you please explain this to me! Should I eat less??

hears my health condition currently

i dont excersize
most of the day is spent sitting in front of a pc
i have colestrol at around 350 (bad colestrol)
i eat alot of candy, junk food, and drink 3 cups of coffee
i weight 275 lbs and am 25 yrs old male

i have been dieting for nearly 3 weeks and i have already lost 3 pounds, im not exercising though.. because my gym is outside.. and its now winter.. once winter is over i will exercise.

i kno i have lost weight without exercising but im just wondering will i continue to losee weight?
