I weigh 150 pounds and I am 5'6" and I'm only 13.

I exercise 3 times a week and run laps on Firdays. I don't eat bread, drink soda, or eat any sweets. I try eating the foods on the top ten things that burn calories, but nothings working for me.

What should I change in order to lose weight?

You are definitely doing some things right. Good for you. Look at the fat you take in with salad dressing, butter, etc. Get a book that gives you the amounts of fat and carbohydrates in foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water. You might consider exercising, like walking, etc on the other days.

You should change your exercise routine. That's what helps me.
