very good! very far from being overweight, but not underweight either.

Depending on your height or weight a BMI of 19.5 is very good. if your bmi is over 25 then you would have too much body fat.

depends on what your body fat % is. the BMI is not an accurate measurement as it's based on statistical data. lots of people have low BMI's with a high percentage of body fat. at BMI of 19.5 is in the lower range for a healthy weight
