heya

i have been dieting for nearly 3 weeks and i have already lost 3 pounds, im not exercising though.. because my gym is outside.. and its now winter.. once winter is over i will exercise.

i kno i have lost weight without exercising but im just wondering will i continue to losee weight?

i walk fast 20-30 mins per day

is this enough?

im also just eating about 1000 calories

as long as you are consuming less calories than you expend you will lose weight. note-once you reach your set point point you will lose far more slowly.

you will not lose weight just by eating less and not exercising, you might possibly gain it because when you are giving your body less calories then it is used to, it goes into survival mode... where it thinks its not gonna get any more food so it starts storing it - physiologically this is the best way to put it.

you need to do cardio exercises, not lifting weights, and eating less at the same time to lose (fat) not muscle. if you are just eating less you are losing muscle and not fat ! thats why u weigh less.
