the first thing you need to do is to make small changes in your diet. a high sugar diet is guaranteed to produce low levels of energy. with blood sugar constantly increasing and decreasing it's impossible to have any energy to function properly. so the first thing you need to change along with increasing your intake of water to keep the body hydrated is to stop eating all of that sugary stuff. if you eat out of lunch you need to make smarter food selections or bring food from home. and if you are 25 and don't now how to cook then you need to get some cook books and learn how to.

It sounds like you are starting from a difficult place man. Let me tell you that you can overcome this.

The first thing you need to do is be really honest with yourself about what you can do to make your situation better. Candy and Coffee are not going to give you energy. They will make you fatter. Unused sugar turns into fat. Next, you don't need a gym to workout. You do need to set aside a time of day twice a week to exercise. Energy doesn't just come to you .. you got to make your body stronger to get more energy.

I once heard a story about a gentlemen in a similar situation to yours who started of exercising by getting up three times a week and dancing in his living room non-stop for 10 to 20 minutes. Then he got the energy to get some weight and make his own workout routine.

Exercising isn't always fun or convenient. But is necessary to maintain your health. You should consider hiring an at home personal trainer. Look for someone who has had weight struggles. I listed some great links below.

Good Luck

Sarmen,
Your body is sick. I was in your same shoes not long ago. I was tire all the time, I had a hard time concentrating, I was over weight and I felt like crap! I drank rockstars, ate candy bars and took pills to give me energy and mental clarity. All the things that Docs look at were out of whack. I was a time bomb waiting to go off! Then a guy I met at work told me about a nutritional cleansing and fat burning program that would clean my body on a cellular level, flood it with great nutrition and allow it to release the extra water and fat. I lost 29 lbs in 30 days! I felt great and had a ton of energy. It's not a diet or fast. It's exactly what I had been looking for! Check the links below for more info. Email me if you have any questions.
