It doesn't work that way. There's no specific calorie requirements for a certain weight since whether someone is an average weight or overweight depends on multiple factors, including age, height, and weight. For example, a 5'2" person may end up being 200 pounds by eating 3000 calories a day, but a 6'3" person may be at that weight by eating 2500 calories a day.

You have to reduce your calorie intake depending on how much weight you want to lose each week/month.
