what types of ways to build forearm power?

I don't know what it's called, but you should have like a plastic pipe and a rope tied to it & then a 5 or 10lbs weight tied on the other end. And what you do is, you roll it up and down as many times as possible and take a break again & do it again. Believe me! You will be sore & this will build up your forearm.

Squeezing exercises. Take a light hand weight in your hand, hold it at arm length, and squeeze/unsqueeze your hand.
