Just curious if i am lowering my metabolism.

I weigh 150lbs, and its basically all muscle. Im just tryin to make my face less full and stay cut (as opposed to bulky muscle)... and im curious if im doing a bad thing.

Well, the working out part is fine, it's the calories that you might have a problem with. You're borderline putting your body into starvation mode.

I'd say up the calorie intake by about 200 calories a day, and eat small meals throughout the day to keep your energy in check. It will help to stabilize your metabolism so that your body doesn't go into starvaton mode, and end up hurting your diet rather than helping it.

And if you want to lift weights for maintenance, and not bulk, do not up the weights, just the reps. You should work out until you're tired, but not exhausted.

Also, if you have access to one, talk to a trainer at your local gym. They can give you good pointers for your diet and workout.
