keep an online food diary www.myfooddiary.com is a very popular one, the shock of the little things you eat is incredible
3 small meals and an evening snack
the snacks I do are sugar free jello or sugar free pudding ( the jello is actually lower in calories & fat, so try to stick to it for a snack)
2-3 cups of coffee/tea are ok, no pop not even diet pop - lately studies have been showing that artificial sugars are making it hard for our bodies to shed those extra pounds
the fluffy/coffee's add alot of unwanted calories to your daily diet -- cutting those out alone will help tremendously
my absolute no-no’s are NO bread, Nothing with flour (any variety of flour), Nothing carbonated, obviously No candy or junk food of any kind, & No skipping a meal even if it is a very small meal, eating 3 – 4 times a day is very important when reducing intake & trying to loose weight
4+ 16 oz bottles of water (at least) -- drinking lots of water is very important to weight loss
exercise at least 3 times a week
helpful side note --- remove ALL temptation clean your house of all junk food, candy, heavy carb foods - basically anything you should not eat, should not be in your reach -- clean out your office space as well, avoid the office areas which usually contain the fatty/junk foods
yes these are hard things to do, but if you want to meet your goal it will be well worth it

Oh lordy.
Firstly, you do NOT need to lose weight. 135 is a perfectly healthy weight for your height, and your age.
It is NOT healthy to lose more than 2 lbs a WEEK at your weight, and that is with rigorous exercise. 5 lbs in 2-3 days is only acceptable weight loss in someone well past morbidly obese.
Drinking a lot of water is great, but if you are losing that much weight in that time frame without starving yourself, it is still probably just water weight that you've lost. I'm guessing you don't really know how much water is "lots." Normally, YOU at your size and weight, should be drinking a minimum of about 10 glasses a day. With moderate, healthy exercise, it should be more like 14. The only other likely possibility is that the increased activity and water intake during that time frame has made your lower digestive system clear itself out a little better. Either way you look at it, you've lost water and/or poo.
Though you by no means need to lose weight, the healthiest way for you to do it is simply by introducing some moderate to heavy cardio into your exercise program, and changing little else. You should not restrict your diet at your age and weight.
Good luck.

Hey! I just started this program called "Isagenix"... 2 of my friends have been on it for a week and have lost 5 lbs already... i have another friend who has been doing it for 3 months and shes lost 23 lbs and 60 inches all around. It's awesome cause it's not a diet it's a cleanse, so what it does is detox your body from all the toxins we have and therefor releasing fat. It makes you healthy and provides you with all the nutrients you need...
it's pretty cheap too. they give you shakes that your suppose to replace 2 meals with so it comes out to be like 8 dollars a day for 2 meals ... plus they give you everything else you need to help you in your cleanse.
heres the website if you want to check it out!

If you want to maintain a weight loss, you have to maintain what you did to lose the weight. Why not compromise and eat a little less and exercise three to four times a week to keep the weight off. You don't have that much to lose, you are at a good weight now.

Then keep exercising? Increase your regimen and lower your caloric intake. Stop eating dessert.
If you want to lose weight faster, take up Bulimia, though I wouldn't recommend it.
