First, change your thinking. You're not going to get anywhere with negative self-talk. Constantly tell yourself, "I'm capable of weighing 105 pounds, and no one can stop me from reaching my goal. I'm glad that I like to exercise and if I cheat one day, I will just get back on track the next day." Don't beat yourself up with "I can't" thoughts or "I've failed, so I might as well keep cheating" thinking. A lot of your calories came from sources of protein (peanuts, peanut butter), so that's not bad at all. If you're determined to eat under 1,000 calories (though that's not healthy), then you're going to need to lay off the high calorie foods like peanut butter and Cliff bars. Also, try replacing your regular bread with a low-calorie version (they make some with 35 calories a slice). Since what you did eat was healthy and you're drinking only water, I'll give you an 8 out of 10. Stay strong!

If you look on an obesity chart, you'll see that your average weight should be 110-140. Basically, you're all good. You should be getting about 2,000 calories a day. Stress can add weight. Don't worry about it. Besides, if you really want to lose weight, I suggest you don't think about it. Just have fun with some activities. Maybe join the basketball team? Do you swim, play volleyball? Or just join a little kid's innocent game of tag when babysitting?

Listen:
"Anorexia usually begins as innocent dieting behavior, but gradually progresses to extreme and unhealthy weight loss."

P.S. Don't eat at night (any later than 6pm).

first of all you are not fat if you keep this up you will develop a serious eating disorder. I think you should contact a professional dietitian and have them map out a healthy eating plan for you. it seems like you are not getting enough calories. yes, believe it or not in order to lose fat not mussel you need to eat enough calories to keep your body nourished.
