Im a 14 your old guy and I need to lose a lot of weight. Im not one of those people who want to lose 20 pounds so they can be a size XS (extra small). Im a size XXL (double extra large) and its just unhealthy now. Diets DONT work for me. I dont know why, they just dont! I'v tried the good ol' stick-finger-in-throat technique, but for some reason it just didnt work for me. What do I do?! Help! Please!

1) I go to school Mon-Fri I wake up at 6:15 and I barley make the 7:00 bus, I dont have time for "20 min jogs" in the morning.

2) I DONT drink soda. My mom stoped buying soda about a year ago. I only have it on special occasions. (Birthdays, etc.)

3) I dont really eat a lot of junk-food/candy. The last candy I had was halloween. I have some chips or goldfish or something like once a week. (Not like a whole bad, just like a hand-full)

I just need help!

My goal is to lose 15 lbs by February. That gives me about 2 months. Right now I'm 135 and hope to be 120. My problem w/ working out is, that I don't have the long term motivation. I have no problem doing really hard workouts, but i just need to keep on continuing to do them. Also, I'm getting over anorexia which really messed up my life, I want to lose the weight that I gained from recovery in a "healthy" way. I don't want to go back to the way I was.

Right now I work out M-F. I run for 45-60 min., and 30 min. w/ free weights. I don't eat anything processed or "man-made" mostly Veggies, Fruits, Chicken, Soy Milk, Non fat yogurt, WATER, Low sugar oatmeal (even though it is in a box), Wraps, Fruit smoothies, and nonfat jello. I don't eat crap, at all!

Here are my questions...
1. Is it possible to meet my goal w/ what I'm doing?
2. What else can I eat that I didn't mention?
3. Should I drink that Protein powder stuff? What's it do?
4. Anymore advice is welcome!

Ive just got my 1st treadmill not long ago and i find that when i run i can only do around 10 - 15 mins on speed 5 but if i walk fastly on speed 5 or 5.5 i can do around 35 mins and im burning more calories walking.
Am i still benefiting from using the treadmill though?

breakfast:
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1cup whole grain high fibre+protein cereal
1 natural cereal bar

Lunch
half a pineapple
1 yogurt with oats
handfull of nuts

Dinner:
salad with olive oil lemon and salt dressing
1/2 whole grain bagel with cashew butter

im 17 years old 112 pounds and just shy of 5 foot. im trying to lose weight because i hear that you should be 100 pounds at 5 foot and 5 pounds more/less for every inch difference. im athletic so my legs are pretty muscular but i still feel that im over weight/obese. am i healty?? am i big?? what should i ideally weight?? im very worried i will be one of those morbidly obese adults and at my height will be very unattractive. is there something worng?? am i overweight ?? please help.

Snack- 1 turkey cheese roll up
Lunch- Can of tuna with a teaspoon of mayo and pepper
Snack- slim jim


I am on a low carb diet. If I do this everyday for two weeks will i see some kind of result...maybe??

How do I get my butt back. I lost weight a couple months ago by cutting out processed foods and eating healthy..now even with size 0 jeans..they sag in the butt..even my spandex workout pants sag and dont fit my butt..I used to have a nice round butt...how can I get it back? im 22 female, 5"4 and weigh 100 pounds

This is for all the crazy fitness people. I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on certain excerises that I could do that could get rid of my love handles? And if you can give me hope and tell me that you can lose them without having to get plastic surgery. I have a couple different excerises I do and it's been awhile and I don't see any results. i can't find out if my diet is going to turn me anorexic anywhere, so i've come to yahoo.

i'll type out my daily eatings, and will someone tell me if, after a while, i'm going to be anorexic?

breakfast- special k snack bar.
lunch- nothing
dinner- whatever mum cooks me, alot of pasta, unfortunatly!
snacks- none.
drinks- just water.

Has anyone overweight ever had the experience of developing a rash around the belly button area, or between any other areas where your skin rubs together? I get these rashes commonly (usually belly button or backs of knees) and I have tried using Lotramin Jock Itch spray (as it seems to work under the same basic principle), but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions.

P.S. - PLEASE no smart-alec folks telling me to lose weight - believe me, I'm already trying to, in a very health-oriented manner. However, I must live with the negative sides until the weight comes off.
