I haven't personally, but several people in our call center use them. They work really well to help build up the core and keep you awake and active (awake because if you fall asleep, you'll fall over. LOL!). I think they look pretty fun and pretty cool, but with the winter weather here, it makes it tough to bring any large thing like that in the car. ;-) LOL!
