You are ALREADY working out 3 times a week ... THAT is a HUGE part of the battle RIGHT there!

Pick some type of reward .... and make THAT your motivation to lose the weight .... The "reward" can be anything that YOU want. For example .... that pair of jeans that you have been dying for .... or a special dress ..... You could even treat yourself to a night out on the town; a weekend get-a-way .... or a Spa Day ..... WHATEVER you pick as your reward .... You don't get the reward ..... UNTIL you reach your "target" weight!

Drink lots of water ..... add MORE fruits and veggies to your
diet .... and minimize or eliminate fats and sugars!

If your working out 3 times a week but not eating healthly at the same time,what a waste of all that hard workout!
Give yourself a goal to aim for,eat lots of fresh fruit/veg,stay off the booze til Christmas,get 'focused' that you could lose at least 7 lb before the festive goodies come out!
I brought a book called Fat Burner Foods,its by Dr Caroline Shreeve & published by Hamlyn.It's very good,tough to start,but results are instant!Lost 9lb in 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!

For me one motivation is have a goal, maybe go out for holidays to a lovely beach, or buy nice tops.

Diets dont work, they are a quick fix but then u always go back to binging on anything u can find. Become vegan - loose the dairy and animal fat , make a life style change and you will be thin for ever. good luck!

Add a fourth work-out if you can, and walk frequently.

When you go shopping, park far away from the store entrance: It's easier to find a parking spot there, and it will give you some motivation.

I don't know what your diet looks like, but I can recommend two things: Avoid sodas (sugar, however it's disguised), and avoid fried food (grease/fat).

Get the Psul Mckenna book, I can make you thin....You shed loads of weight, eat what you like, and put in no effort..It sounds to good to be true..Trust me its worth the £10

WELL YOU ARE OFF TO A GOOD START! LOOK AT THE BRIGHT SIDE JUST 4 MORE DAYS A WEEK! OR YOU CAN GO TO THE GYM AND GET A PERSONAL TRAINER!

Do it with a freind or find a work out buddy. I lost alot of weight that way. So did she.

cut down on the bread you eat i have an lost quite a bit of weight.
