Lol... I wish I had your problem.
I would suggest weight lifting exercises that target that area to bulk up the muscles. Use a lot of weight, with very few repetitions (what men do to get big muscles) rather than low weight with many repetitions (what women do to lean out arms and legs).

Lucky Girl... with my butt i`d never make a burglar my butt would stick in the window i`d be caught very easily...
You sound so thin that you would have to run around the shower to get wet !!

Well, think about it - you need to build muscle - so exercise your butt muscles.
* Squats
* Leg Press
* Lunges
* Hack Squats
Quadruped Hip Extensions
Step Ups
One legged squates
(press through your heels - squeeze your butt muscles at the top of each movement)

Eat more healthy foods and get alternate cardio with weight training..lunges, squats..this way you will be constantly burning fat but also building muscle

Squats, leaps, lunges. Build the muscle. But be sure and FEED the muscles....protein blasts and sensible eating.

go to the gym and do squats. you have no idea how much that helps. trust me on this one i work out every day
