you already know the answer to this, regulate what you eat 2000 calories/day and all good stuff (you know whats good and whats bad). You know that a good solid hour on the treadmill burns close to 1000 calories and that 3500 calories = 1lb. of fat. You know how to burn more calories, there's no fast fix, no easy way, just diet and hard work and I think you know how to do that.

do 50 crunches every morning, eat apples for lunch...running would help a lot, thats how i stay fit
