i can't find out if my diet is going to turn me anorexic anywhere, so i've come to yahoo.
i'll type out my daily eatings, and will someone tell me if, after a while, i'm going to be anorexic?
breakfast- special k snack bar.
lunch- nothing
dinner- whatever mum cooks me, alot of pasta, unfortunatly!
snacks- none.
drinks- just water.

Your on the right track to becoming anorexic.
1. your not eatting enough.
2. since your not eatting enough your metabolism is slowing down and burning less food and using less energy.
3. once your get down to your so called ideal weight. you'll only have lost muscle and you'll start eatting regularly agian and your weight will balloon cause your metabolism is burning the fat and storing all the fat you eat causing you to become even bigger than you are now.
My advice is to start eatting more healthier foods through out the day and hit the gym up at least 3 times a week.

anorexic is a possibility if you continue eating like you are you will have nutrition problems as you get older. instead of not eating lunch eat fruits or veggies. and the same for snacks eat an apple or grapes. these will fill you up and carry the nutrients your body needs to function and will keep you from having nutrition problems in the future.

heres my thoughts on weight loss
Cardio running and swimming is the best IMO. 30 minutes to 1 hour every other or everyday if you would like. Some form of light lifting between cardio days to really help you tone up. A strict clean diet of high proteins with lean meats like fish and chicken, dark leafy veggies not root like veggies like potatoes filled with carbs. Low on the fruit even tho there filled with vitamins they have loads of sugar well most of them. No fat, sugar, salt, carbs, calories. This is the best and healthest ways. Running, swimming, hiking, biking, etc.

Anorexic is when you purposely starve yourself to become skinny.
It just seems as though you don't have much of an appetite.
It isn't necessarily anorexia

honey, you need to eat MORE or your metabolism is going to grind to a stop! If you're determined to skip a meal skip dinner, not lunch or breakfast.
You're not getting nearly enough fruits, vegetables or protein.
Be careful, you only get one body and damage you do to it now could stick with you forever.

bulimic is throwing up, not anexoria
anyhow, you need at least 1500 calories a day to keep you metabolism out of hybernation, you're just making it harder on yourself
