actually ya i did get enough protein.....i got 40 grams which is the required amount for my height and weight and age

Where are the rest of your vegetables? You should eat at least 4-5 servings per day... salad hardly counts as even one. The meals you outlined are decent enough, but as small snacks throughout the day, try to fit in more veggies. It's especially helpful when many people have late-night cravings.

BTW - I see you've responded quite a bit to questions concerning diet and weight, IMO it's a bit obsessive... stressing over something so trivial will actually make it more difficult to keep weight off.

Actually, you ate too little. You shouldn't eat less than 1200 calories or your body goes into starvation mode and clings to every calorie. Add a couple of snacks (raw fruits or veggies), or replace the salad with grilled chicken or fish (or in the salad). Though I commend you on your healthy choices, as I just came back from McDonald's myself.

If anything, you could stand to eat a little bit more.

I noticed you didn't have many vegetables. Try adding another salad or something similar to your lunch. Or keep raw vegetables such as carrots to snack on between meals.

I normally would suggest adding meat too- but some people can't eat meat, either for reasons of conscience or reasons of health.

sounds enough. its not too much though. what do u think about me . i mean i dont eat alot at all is just that at my school all they sell is junk food and seryously i cant eat salad EVerydAY.

that person who answered "anorexic".....is probably fat. Ignore her. She wishes she could only eat that much in one day. Anyway that intake sounds really good. You didnt eat too much or too little, and you ate healthy food. Kudos.
