I have a small flat butt. any way to make it bubbly and stick out? any exercises that can help my butt?? thanks.

for the past few weeks i've been doing squats and lunges to get a more firm butt cause i have the same problem as you and i noticed results, my butt if more firm and a little bigger. i've been doing 50lunges and 20 squats every night and it helps :) try it!

I have the same problem..I used to have a firm round butt then I lost a lot of weight and now my smaller underwear doesnt even fit right..my size 0 jeans sag in my ***

Easy, and no fancy equipment required!

stand at the back of a chair, hands on for stability

back straight, tummy tight, tilt your hips in just a bit

lift up onto your toes about one inch and move left leg back about five inches then forward into place again. repeat until it starts to burn in your gluts (butt muscles). switch and do the other leg and repeat. usually about 3 sets of 10 daily to start then increase as you progress.

lay on your back, flatten your back against the floor completely, tighten your tummy muscles, tilt your hips up off the floor and squeeze your butt cheeks then release... do until your gluts burn.

do this everyday! 3 sets of ten to start, increase as you progress.

squats, lunges, leg press, harder you work faster/better it will b. high weight low reps for size, opposite for shape/deffinition.
running and swimming will certainly help as well
