don't be so hard on yourself, you'll get past this in fact I weighed around 220 when I was your age and I was barely 5'5 (I'm 20 now and weigh 175 most of which is muscle).
I'll give you some tips and you'll be able to take it from there:
Go talk to your gym / weights coach, I know they're probably not your best friends as this point, but they will be happy to help you and can give you much more personalized and effective help than anyone here can. They won't be mean.
Bring a bag of baby carrots / celery / brocli...etc. with you every day, whenever you are hungry sang a few of these, and munch away they all take just as many calories to digest as they have in them.
NEVER EAT AT THE CAFFETERIA AGAIN! This food it absloutely terrible for you, you need to pack a lunch every day, you know whats good and whats bad, and if you don't this is a good place to ask that stuff. No pb&j no lunchables and please god no left over McDonalds/pizza. Sandwitches (watch these) fruit and jello or something is the way to go.
You need at least 1500 calories a day and you should shoot for 2000. Going under this will send your metabolism into hybernation and make it almost impossible to lose weight. It's a lot of food if it's good food and done right.
Finally, no pain no gain. You know what you have to do, you probably hate running, but your gonna learn to love it. You probably hate the weight room but you'll learn to love that too. One day this week I want you to go work out and you need to work so hard so long that you throw up or at least feel like you really have to. The more pain the more gain! This is your limit and you should almost reach it every time you workout. You need to work out at least 3x per week, the more you do the faster it will go. I know it sounds like I'm an a-ss but I told you I've been there and I know what it takes.
Finally you're in hs, join a sport! Mine was swimming I stuck with it for four years and ended up gettin two top 16 finishes at the state swim meet and I was the captain of the team senior year! Sports can really get you going and I'm sure there's one out there that you like. You probably won't be a starter or even on varsity, but work hard and you will b.
Don't jog in the morning, it's bad for you and who the **** wants to get up earlier to run?
you know what it's gonna take, go get the help you need and get going!
If you really want me to write out your workout/diet I will but I don't have enough information to do it right, your weights coach is your best bet.
again sorry to sound like an ***, I'm trying to get you started and keep you going. If you need anything else I'd be happy to try and help you out.
GOOD LUCK!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!

First off, making yourself vomit isn't healthy at all. In fact, that's bad because of stomach acids your vomiting up. Diets are good, but you have to really watch what you're eating. Exercising is a must if you really want to lose weight, the fastest way to burn off fat and calories. Jogging is fine, but it won't help you to lose 20 lbs. Maybe around 5 lbs. if you're eating healthy. Find time to exercise after school for about half an hour. Stay away from foods that are high in fat and carbs.

exercise is key to boosting the metabolisim and mood which will get you on the right track, you say you dont eat alot of junk food but if your maintaining or gaining weight you are somewhere overeating.
fatigue goes hand in hand with being overweight and not eating the right foods, why dont you try a detox with light meals for a week to give yourself a kick start, all i know is now is the time at 14 to get your body to a healthy weight instead of in 10-20 years when it will be a whole lot harder, and you want to enjoy your younger years being fat is no fun, the sooner the better once you have lost the weight you'll wish you had done it earlier, good luck
