This is for all the crazy fitness people. I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on certain excerises that I could do that could get rid of my love handles? And if you can give me hope and tell me that you can lose them without having to get plastic surgery. I have a couple different excerises I do and it's been awhile and I don't see any results. Thank you for your help.

Russian Twists. It is a variation of sit-up that targets that area. Or thier are different machines at the gym.

You can't spot reduce. Meaning you can't do a certain excersise to make a certain area of fat go away. Cardio is the best way to get rid of love handles. Running, Biking, Swimming, Jumping jacks, sprints. There alot of cardio routenes out there..

Do cardio for 3 days a week and eat healthy you'll definatly see results in 2 or 3 weeks.

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

theres a thing at your gym called a floating chair or a dip machine:

if that doesn't work google dip machine, the first two people you see are doing it right, hold yourself up with your forearms and bring your knees up while you twist.

also the incline board and lots of crunches will help, running and swimming will do you a ton of good, it sounds like you need to lower your overall body fat %

Diet and cardio exercise -- you have to burn the fat off.
