...if not, is there anyway at all that I can get Medicare to pay for lipo?

no Medicare will pay for liposuction. It is purely cosmetic. The purpose of liposuction is to scuplt the body, not to lose weight. If you are to the point where your fat is hazardous to your health it's too dangerous for liposuction anyway.

I very much doubt it. Anyway liposuction is not a method to lose large amounts of fat and the fat that is really hazardous to your health is deep in the abdominal area and cannot be reached by liposuction anyway.

Lipo is never considered a health surgery. It's cosmetic. You may be able to get them to pay for gastric bypass or lap band if you are super obese. Otherwise, pay for it yourself or get rid of the fat the old fashioned way -- diet and exercise.

You'd also have to prove that you can't exercise or diet to get rid of the fat...
