Easy ways to add activity are just to park farther away when you go to work or shop and walk the extra distance (briskly, obviously, strolling isn't going to help much). Also, take the stairs whenever possible, and either run the stairs or walk during your breaks and lunch hour. As far as actually working out, I like to get up a few minutes early in the morning and work out. It starts the day right, if you can motivate yourself to get out of bed and actually do it.

Walk. Take the stairs rather than the elevator: You might even find that the stairs are faster. Do a few stretches in the morning when you wake up: It might even give you a slight energy boost. Dance to the radio when you get home: There is almost always time for that. Take a look into some anaerobic exercises you can do while sitting at a desk, if that's the kind of job you have.
Good luck!

Time is a function of priorities. We make time for the things that are important to us.
That said, efficient time management and creative exercise can help. Walking or cycling to work can save significant time. Even if it takes a little longer, its worth it because then you've got your workout in during time that was wasted before.

It's been shown that working out for 3 ten minute sessions throughout the day is as effective as one 30 minutes session. Just squeeze it in when you get a chance.

Try to fit it in before work or even on your lunch hour if possible.
