My chest is very big - 34D
however my body is a UK size 6.
I hate having a big chest, however im too young for surgery and i dont want it.
i am worried if i continue dieting ill look even more out of proportion.
Also, this will affect my career (ballet), so i cannot just 'accept me for who i am'.
how can i make my chest drop at least to a C ??

You are lucky gosh i am only a 34A.........They shouldn't mess you up in your ballet and it's natural no way to reduce without surgery unless you lose the fat in that area

other than surgery, I am not sure there is anything you can do to make them permanently smaller. I know that a lot of women bind their chest after they deliver so the milk will not come down. You could try doing this. All it involves is an ace bandage wrapped around your chest.
I know the feeling, I too am big chested and a pretty small body. I look like Dolly Parton (well, not that bad).

You won't look out of proportion ...your going to have to diet and exersice hun, once you start doing that you'll loose weight OVERALL not just your chest because you can't 'spot reduce.' But it takes TIME and PATIENCE. Don't give up, keep on going; you'll see the difference. I have sort of the same problem but I got very small chest and a flat stomach but then my thighs and my butt are big (Im a A34 and size 3-5 jeans)! I've just learned to except myself the way I am, there nothing I can do about it but to be healthy and exersice !!

Love what you got and flaunt it!!

If you can't just 'accept you for who you are' because of your career then you will have to have the surgery. You cant miraculously lose your boobs in any healthy way otherwise - they will always be out of proportion.

I know that's not what you want to hear but it's true - you have to make choices in this life so you either have the surgery or look for another career.

I'm sorry you have to choose one of those but there isn't anything else I can say to you.

sounds to me like you have been dieting too much for too long. your chest is probably the only part of you that is the correct size. are you sure you really have a career in ballet ?

resistence exercises (weights) will decrease the size of a womans chest.

Try some benchpress, pushups, and dumbell press at different angles.

as long as you keep the weight low you won't bulk up.

i dont look too out of preportion but it can be annoying sometimes...

short of a reduction im not sure you can make them drop a size

That is just the way your body fat is distributed. Some girls gain in the chest others gain on the bum. Why worry about it.

If you "cannot accept" yourself as you are then a wasted life of misery lies ahead of you no matter what you choose to do. Just get over yourself and get on with it.
