So I began losing weight back in April by doing cardio to get the initial fatoff. My muscles looked good with great tone. I then started lifting weights to strengthen my muscles but now I have big bulky muslcels in my legs and arms. What can I do to make them more lean and long?

I have also had my body fat analyzed and it is at a healthy range.

you need to get your body fat analyzed and start working towards getting that down to a health range. for optimum health a woman under 25 would want to have a body fat % of around 20%

muscle is muscle there is no such thing as lean muscle and you certainly can't change the length of a muscle. muscles are attached to bone on both ends by tendons, the length is fixed.

define a healthy range and how was your body fat analyzed? bioeletcrical impedance is not accurate

It's easy--lift smaller amounts of weight, but with more repetitions. That will give you strong, but small, muscles. At gyms, there are a lot of programs that cater to women by having repetitive lifting of light weights, like the Body Pump routine and such.
