beans by far, wheat hardly contains any protein. neither one is a good source of protein as the bioavailability (BV) of non-animal protein sources is very low. the BV is how much protein remains usable for biological processes after digestion for most nuts, beans, etc. this is less than 55%. so if a serving of say beans has 5 grams of protein per serving only 2.5 grams remains usable after digestion. proteins like fish, poultry, meat, eggs and protein powders have a BV range from about 75-100

Beans contains more protein then flour.

It depends. Just like a pasta, it contains 11.5g of proteins per serving. However, beans contains 6.8g or even more per serving. For beans, it contains fiber which is easily to be absorb and break down. So both have high level of protein..

Despite having pasta, you have to exercise alot. It was because pasta has a high level of carbohydrate, carbohydrate will eventually change to fats.
