Ok i have a few questions. 1) if i use a weight gainer from gnc, creatine, and whey protein and i hit the gym 3 times a week will i gain muscle or fat. With all 3 of these combined how much weight do you think ill gain in a month or like 2 weeks.
im 16 5 foot 3 and 107 pounds
i can also have a good diet so how much weight in 2 weeks and a month and will it be fat or muscle or both and will i look fat. Im mainly going for muscle

i also heard all it gives you is fat and no muscle so would it give me any muscle and which oen would it give me fore of fat or muscle and will the fat be evenly distributed or will it just go to stomach even if i workout
