Do i eat well?
breakfast: oatmeal and berries and protein powder
snack:nuts
Lunch:salmon salad
Snack:fruit
Dinner:tofu and loads of steamed vegggies with flax oil
supper:2 peices of dark chocalte.............im20 female? is this healthy?

its sounds like you're really healthy to me. even dark chocolate has antioxidants in it but just dont eat a lot. You should try eating something with more iron in it especially if you're active. iron helps carry the oxygen in you're blood so you'll have more energy.

I think the healthiest meal is a vegan meal, but your choices look generally healthy. Have you tried a completely vegetarian diet? How is your water intake? Focus on the water intake, as well. I would eat more steamed veggies and a baked potato in place of the salmon salad. Are you changing your diet or something?

with the exception of the chocolate cake your food selections are great. not enough fiber in your diet however, you need to try to get in 30 grams daily.
