My weight is normal, but i have problems with heart rate and metabolism because of very little activity... What should I do?

Eat five small meals a day, drink more water and stroll for 30 minutes can help to raise your metabolism... Eating five small meals is better than you eat three big meals. If you don't have the time to stroll for 30 minutes, you can break them into three 10-mins walk. Take the stairs instead of the lift or elevator. Try them, it'll definitely helps.

exercise, is for everyone to do. Cardio, comes to mind.
