my school's crosscountry team has recently ended. i really like to run, but there's no where i can really run! my parents say that running outside is really dangerous, so i can't run outside. my legs feel like jello and i didnt work them for a long time. is there a way to workout my legs daily inside the house without running? i don't want bulky legs, but lean legs that runners usually have.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
http://www.no-stress-diet.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.

If u want to make ur legs slim then its not the only exercise but also u need to take care of ur diet which is indispensable. Doing squads will not make ur legs slim but it may make ur legs fat. For being slim u can do skipping, aerobics, stretching and others like yoga.

Well, you can do aerobics and stretches in the house (specifically jogging in place, squats, leg lifts, etc.) With this regimen done 3 days or more a week, your legs will become firm and nice.
