I can't believe the people before me would tell you that what you are doing is healthy and normal. I'm 20 and I'm a recovered anorexic. I used to do the same thing, and everyone thought I was just trying to be healthy.
Eating less than 1500 calories a day will make your body go into starvation mode. You will actually lose less weight because your body is trying to maintain your body weight.
I've learned that eating a healthy diet (not really counting calories) and exercising is the best way to feel good about my body. My eating disorder took over my life and I will never get back those years that I spent counting calories and trying so hard to lose weight. Please take what I have said into consideration hun... and you can send me a message too if you have any questions or just want to talk.

No, you are not having an eating disorder. An eating disorder usually means you stopped eating to avoid weight gain or it could mean you binge eating, then purge to get rid of all the food either by laxations or vomiting.. 800 - 1100 calories a day is too little, you should aim for a minimum of 1200 calories a day to maintain your metabolism and muscle tissue. Try to keep a 80-20 balance. 80 percent of the time to eat good, and 20 percent to indulge in what you like to eat. The key is moderation. All the best!

I don't think you have an eating disorder. Many people eat needles food like coockies and ice cream when they are nervous. 800-1100 cal. is pervect!
Keep up the good work!

No...you sound pretty normal!
I write down everything I eat daily too, but unless you're throwing up all the cookies and icecream afterwards (then you really would have a problem) you're fine!

It is the age to eat. eat well what ever you want. if you do not eat now, you will never be able to eat things which you wanted to eat in your life. so feel free and eat what ever you want. But exercise well. go to gym and practice for atleast 2 hours. eat and burn your calories.

Good for you. Keep track of what you are eating, and you are very mindful of that. I would not say, you have an eating disorder.
